What is Beermat Monday? Beermat is similar to other business networks, but in our opinion, seems to attract more blue collar companies, profressional entrepreneurs and business people than the usual network.

Beermat Monday events are free monthly business networking events for entrepreneurs and business people.

Co-founded by Mike Southon (co-author of bestselling book ‘The Beermat Entrepreneur’) and Simon Graham, Beermat Monday started in London (UK) in April 2003.

Now they take place each month in London (UK) and in Adelaide (Australia). From time-to-time, they also run regional events in various cities across the UK.

The events are free, have no dress code and are open to anyone. The purpose of the evenings is to mix, network, do business, share ideas and have some fun!

Why go? At Beermat Monday, you get an opportunity to meet people who are just starting out or have grown successful businesses. Attendees learn from one other by sharing experiences and, once you get to know people, you will find that you start to generate business from the new contacts that you meet (but remember, don’t hard sell – get to know people first and be yourself).
